– Please be sure to check out of the apartment by 12:00 p.m.

– Please send me a message as soon as you've left the apartment

– Take out the trash after emptying the fridge (to the trash room)

– Tidy up the apartment (just as you found it when you arrived)

– Clean the apartment so that it is clean.
